Mary A. Ferdig, Ph.D. is an organizational development and change consultant with 25 years of experience in business and nonprofit arenas, including ten years as manager of human resources and organizational development in a major Midwestern utility. Mary's research emphasis is leadership and transformational change; she is currently a faculty associate at University of Nebraska (Omaha), Benedictine University (Chicago), and the Complexity Management Centre, University of Hertfordshire (London).

Christopher is a sustainability economist whose skills include economic development management, sustainability consulting and tool development, and international development/delivery of sustainability performance presentations and workshops. A sustainability consultant since 1997, he has served leading-edge organizations and community development projects with project consulting, tool development, and presentations & workshops. He is developer of the Sustainability Performance Life-cycle Management tool and co-developer of the LASER Guide to Sustainable Community Development.
